• Directs and manages project development from beginning to end • Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Develops full-scale project plans and associated communication documents • Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion • Manages team(s) toward on-time, under-budget project delivery • Identifies, assesses, manages, and resolves issues and mitigates risks • Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis • Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary • Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders • Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path • Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Tracks project milestones and deliverables • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations • Manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans • Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project • Conducts project post-mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements • Collaborates with cross-functional resources yet can operate with the appropriate level of independence • Creates and maintains detailed project plans, issues log, risk register, status reports, and other required documentation • Provides mentoring for more Junior Team Members

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive project/program management • Experience managing programs/project within large, complex environments • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, issue logs, risk register, and status reports • Strong technical aptitude, organization, analytical, and project management skills • Experience working with Executive-level management • Excellent written and oral communications skills that are audience appropriate with appropriate style and delivery to influence the audience.
