📋 Description

• Manage order fulfillment, inventory reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies in our 3PL. • Track and triage shipments, file freight claims, and conduct regular cycle counts. • Implement processes that establish efficient supply chain capabilities which ensure the timely delivery of medical equipment to our patients. • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and optimize procurement processes. • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for pricing and timely delivery. • Monitor procurement activities, track orders, and enforce compliance standards. • Coordinate distribution of devices to patients and clinics. • Optimize delivery routes and logistics processes to minimize costs and enhance efficiency. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. • Identify and troubleshoot problems that may arise in the supply chain process. • Analyze supply chain data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. • Ensure compliance with healthcare supply chain management regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement in Healthcare/Medical devices is required. • Previous experience with healthcare supply chain processes and regulations. • Familiarity with ISO 13485 certification. • Previous startup experience is required. • Experience with ERPs, preferably Netsuite. • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards, such as FDA regulations, GMP, or ISO certifications. • Experience monitoring supply chain performance metrics including quality, cost, and delivery. • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tactical shipment transactions. • Experience identifying inventory discrepancies and implementation of the corrective actions. • Strong Excel experience. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
