📋 Description

• Coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time. • Act as the point of contact for everything involving a project's delivery. • Prepare and manage configuration control documents. • Maintain documentation library and ensure timely revisions. • Collect process details from systems engineers through meetings. • Participate in weekly coordination calls with hosting service providers. • Maintain project planning and tracking in Jira.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field or business degree with concentration or experience in technology. • Associates Degree in relevant area with additional experience will be considered. • 2 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated organization and coordination skills. • Demonstrated administrative skills and experience with business software including MS Excel. • Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret technical information and translate to plain English. • Basic understanding of computer and networking technologies. • Experience with MS Project or project support tools such as Jira and Confluence are desirable, not required. • Project management experience looking to pursue PMP. • Experience with databases such as MS Access and/or SQL server and ability to write intermediate SQL queries.
