• Developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns designed to drive growth and engagement in specific regions within EMEA. • Strategizing and managing campaigns across different channels, including email marketing, paid digital, event marketing and synthesizing campaigns with sales efforts. • Possessing strong organizational skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of performance marketing, as well as proficiency in a second language, a bonus if Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • English proficiency, and fluency in another language • Fluency in Spanish is a bonus • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing or a related role with a proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns. • B2B SaaS and start-up experience is a plus. • Previous experience marketing to prospects across various countries and regions • Familiarity in leveraging marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft), digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) and managing media purchases with third-party publications • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Ability to write copy, particularly as it relates to digital advertising and email Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across timezones and external partners.
