Description

• Responsible for recording and integrity of all accounting transactions for the company. • Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with company goals and government contract requirements. • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) requirements. • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings. • Utilize Unanet for financial management, project accounting, and reporting; ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness. • Supervise and mentor any accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
