📋 Description

• You will build and ship solutions that directly help improve the lives of patients across the US • You’ll manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of new solutions into the Carda Health platform • You have an experiment-first mindset, wanting to ship and learn quickly • You will partner with key stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into actionable product initiatives with data • You stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technological advancements, evaluating their potential applicability to Carda Health's product roadmap • Define and monitor the performance of product features, analyze user feedback, and iterate on the solutions to drive maximum impact • Communicate the value of product enhancements to both internal and external stakeholders, including patients, clinicians, and partners • Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligning initiatives with the company's strategic objectives • You will be an important part of our product team and the overall culture of the company. 🎯 Requirements

• Strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills • Partner with key business stakeholders to identify and rank AI opportunities and drive implementation • Design, develop, and help deploy AI models and algorithms to solve business problems • Collaborate with engineers to process, clean, and structure large datasets for AI training • Perform research and stay up-to-date on AI advancements to apply cutting-edge techniques in the business • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable and robust AI solutions • Participate in strategic initiatives, aligning projects with overall company goals • Create, prioritize and manage a roadmap of initiatives that will significantly move the needle on our strategic objectives • Create deliverables which can be easily integrated into our product, suggest great off-the-shelf tooling that reduces maintenance burden and monitor results on an ongoing basis
