📋 Description

• Developing Cafeyn Premium distribution partnerships across Europe, focusing on assigned countries including the DACH region • Prospecting and sourcing new partners in your assigned verticals, identifying high-potential opportunities • Leading the full sales cycle: building business cases, pitching Cafeyn’s value proposition, negotiating terms, and closing deals • Managing executive relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations • Ensuring a smooth handover of signed partnerships to Channel Marketing and Account Management for activation • Contributing to vertical expertise by gathering market intelligence and insights to refine playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales roles • Experience in B2B2C distribution models (Telcos, Banks/Insurance, Retail/E-commerce, Hospitality/Travel, or related sectors) • A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP) • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional processes • Solid grasp of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) • Ability to balance short-term sales execution with long-term partner value creation • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey Cafeyn’s value proposition with impact • Fluent in German & English; additional European languages are a strong asset
