📋 Description

• Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits • Plan, draft audit work program, coordinate audit • Document procedures and identify risks and controls • Conduct risk assessment and testing of key controls • Communicate audit results and perform issue follow-up • Participate in special projects • Comply with Wellstar Health System policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required • Accounting Degree Preferred or Bachelor's Degree Related Field Required • Minimum 3 years auditing experience Required or Minimum 5 years healthcare experience • Excellent understanding of the general ledger and financial statements • Excellent analytical skills to interpret quantitative and qualitative data • Very good written and oral communication skills • Good working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs (Excel, Access or Monarch) • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to mentor inexperienced auditors • Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
