• The Compensation team designs and manages programs to motivate and retain top talent and enable our Pay for Performance philosophy. • The Compensation Consultant will play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of DoorDash's compensation strategy to help us shape our future. • You will provide leadership in scaling compensation programs for one of our core business areas, and contribute to the development of initiatives for the unique employee populations on these teams.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math or a related field • You have 8+ years of experience focused on developing and scaling compensation programs, ideally within a tech or high-growth company • You can translate vision into executable strategy and have a keen ability to deliver against a plan with an operational mindset • You have exceptional stakeholder management skills, and are a strong communicator who can lead with influence, navigate ambiguity, and build trust across technical and non-technical teams • You have strong business acumen, data analysis skills and a deep understanding of equity/stock compensation • You can apply change management and thrive in an evolving business while staying anchored to your goals and the Total Rewards strategy • You are comfortable with emerging HR technologies, including AI-driven platforms for data analytics, market intelligence, or compensation benchmarking
