📋 Description

• Assist in coordinating multiple community outreach programs • Help members understand and navigate enrollment assistance • Develop partnerships with community organizations for outreach • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings • Maintain data on member engagement and program participation • Facilitate enrollment through referrals • Support the Community Advisory Board and assist in various projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ administrative or community support experience • Fluency through language testing in a second language relevant to the population served • Complete Community Health Worker Training within 6 months in the position • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and automobile liability coverage or access to an insured vehicle
