Description

• Ensure the integrity of analytics pipelines through automation and best practices. • Collaborate with teams to craft impactful solutions. • Empower sales prospects, clients, and stakeholders through insights. • Create, maintain, and validate dashboards and reporting systems. • Examine and present results to client stakeholders. • Understand healthcare processes related to surgical procedures and data opportunities. • Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Excellent Data Visualization skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a STEM field. • 6+ years experience in data mining and analytics. • Advanced SQL • Experience working with healthcare data, especially EMR and/or ERP data. • Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills. • Proficiency with Databricks preferred. • Proficiency in Python, data modeling, machine learning, and creating data pipelines a plus • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
