📋 Description

• Ship end-to-end: Build, test, and release features in React Native across iOS and Android. • Partner with Product: Engage at the requirements stage and help decide what not to build. • Own app health: take responsibility for performance, stability, and quality. • Build for money: implement features with financial correctness in mind. • Integrate cleanly: consume backend services (REST/GraphQL). • Raise the bar: set standards for code quality, testing, and the release process. • Use AI as leverage: Lean on AI tooling to ship faster and better.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience in React Native. • Product mindset: engage with the 'why' before touching the 'how.' • Backend fluency: needs to understand REST, GraphQL, service boundaries, async patterns. • Fintech context: build for financial products — reconciliation, idempotency, failure states, compliance constraints. • Builder mentality: adapt to product needs, comfortable with ambiguity. • Spanish and English proficiency.
