Description

•The exciting world of scientific research is fueled by people with a passion for solving complex problems. •Cayuse is committed to its customers’ success by empowering organizations to conduct globally connected research. •This role is designed for a strategic people leader who will manage and guide a team of Product Owners. •You will report to the Director of Product, leading the Product Owner group and working closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases. •You will assist with Agile ceremonies where needed and facilitate quarterly planning.

Requirements

•5+ years experience as a Product Owner, or similar role, in a SaaS environment •2+ years in a people management role •Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor and guide a team of Product Owners •In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies in their application to team delivery •Proven experience instituting organizational or departmental process changes •Hands-on experience supporting all stages of the software development lifecycle •A solid understanding of the SDLC and SaaS technologies •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Ability to effectively and actively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders and resources at all levels of the organization. •Ability to earn the trust of stakeholders and engineering teams •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
