Description

• The Vice President of Product Management will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of our Research Administration Product Suite by leading a team of product managers and product owners. • Drive product portfolio vision and strategy through the effective leadership of the product team while providing business leadership to the organization. • Collaborate with colleagues in engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and finance to optimize product development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS company. Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling complex product portfolios. • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and build high-performing teams. Experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Deep understanding of customer needs and behavior in the SaaS space. Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product development and enhance user experience. Familiarity with research administration is a plus. • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools and software (i.e., JIRA, Confluence). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to analytically defend product decisions and take feedback. • Entrepreneurial leader with experience working in PE-backed growth and scale organization willing to adapt and flex to support the success of the team and organization.
