📋 Description

• Provide on-site evaluation, maintenance, and repair services initially for Upright CT and Patient Positioning devices • Work closely with customers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of their equipment • Identify opportunities for product improvements and service enhancements • Total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on all Leo Cancer Care products • Interface with key customer contacts on equipment issues • Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up • Maintain customer service reports and internal service records promptly • Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure they are calibrated • Identify sales opportunities and communicate with the sales team • Responsible for Warranty and Service Agreement cost control • Complete all administration tasks on time • Ensure timely completion of Field Change Orders (FCOs) and Planned Maintenance (PM) inspections documentation for assigned accounts • Teach and assist other Field Engineers on advanced and complex troubleshooting and technical fixes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, etc.) preferred • A good understanding of a service operation • Good external customer-facing skills • Proven experience maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems • Experience with medical devices such as Linear and Proton accelerators, MRI, CT or similar modalities an advantage • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken • Excellent trouble-shooting skills • Willing to work regular and non-normal hours as required to support customers • Comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously as required • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Experience working with Salesforce is beneficial • A valid driving license is required • Able to travel internationally
