📋 Description
• Provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis. • Conduct outreach calls to individuals assessed by mobile crisis to promote safety. • Demonstrate high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette. • Attend team meetings, in-service training, supervision, and other quality assurance training. • Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist required. • One year preferred. • Daytime hours preferred.
