Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Serve as a servant leader to the Scrum team, promoting self-organization and accountability. • Guide the team in understanding and applying Agile principles and Scrum practices effectively. • Remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder the team’s progress and help maintain focus on delivering high-quality products. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to experiment, learn, and adapt their processes. • Collaborate with product owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for the next sprint. • Monitor team performance metrics and use data to drive improvements and increase team efficiency. • Act as a coach and mentor to team members, helping them develop their skills and abilities in the Agile environment. • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives. • Advocate for Agile and Scrum practices across the organization, helping to build a culture of agility and adaptability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related applicable experience considered in lieu of degree • 8+ years of experience • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and familiarity with other frameworks like Kanban, Lean, or XP. • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
