• This is a fully remote role • Century Consulting Services is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to the financial services industry. • We take pride in providing superior consulting services and insight to clients who are pursuing solutions for dealing with their financial situation. • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Paralegal. • In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in case preparation. • Your responsibilities will include drafting various document, organizing case files, and managing deadlines to ensure efficient case progression. • As a Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in our litigation efforts, contributing to the successful resolution of legal matters with professionalism and precision. • Schedule: M-W 9:30AM-6:00PM EST, Thursday 9:00AM-6:00PM EST, Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM EST

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years if paralegal experience • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred • Certification as a paralegal • Must know how to draft a legal document from scratch • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and regulations • Discretion and respect for confidentiality • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving and organizational skills • Good research skills and attention to detail • Work from home set up that is consistent and stable using all equipment provided • Previous remote experience
