• Lead and manage key accounts and partnerships • Develop and execute strategy for managing relationships • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets • Identify and cultivate new partnerships • Conduct market research and provide strategic insights • Oversee training programs and support for distributors • Establish performance metrics and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales or account management in electrical distribution industry • 3+ years experience in account management or sales roles for a SaaS business • Strong understanding of electrical distribution channels • Proven track record of achieving sales targets • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
