• Analyze product requirements • Make architectural decisions • Write structured and efficient code • Timely delivery of features to the product • Ensure reliability of the backend • Manage technical debt

Requirements

• 3+ years of programming experience in Kotlin/Java • Knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures • Ability to develop in a multi-threaded environment • Willingness to actively participate in product development • Focus on finding the best/optimal/quick solution • Responsibility and independence - everyone is responsible for the result and quality • Willingness to take responsibility throughout the life cycle of a feature and go beyond writing and testing code • Knowledge of our stack technologies (Kotlin, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes) or a desire to learn them will be an advantage
