Description

• Lead accounting function including budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis • Oversee payroll, commissions, accounts payable/receivable • Identify efficiency and expense reduction opportunities • Establish financial benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring • Implement consistent accounting policies and procedures • Produce timely consolidated financial statements and projections • Develop and enforce internal controls and safeguards • Collaborate with accounting firm for tax compliance • Supervise and support accounting team with dynamic leadership

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional accounting experience, including 3-5 years as a finance manager • Demonstrated experience with cash management, A/R, A/P, forecasting, budgeting • Strong process management skills with automation expertise • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, Bill.com and Salesforce a plus • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance reporting • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field • Familiarity with recurring revenue business models a plus
