Description

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the FATE brand and its P&L. • Help conceptualize and launch additional products under the FATE brand. • Maintain relationships with sponsors, strategic partners, and key stakeholders. • Manage all deliverables for and communications with sponsors, strategic partners, and speakers. • Develop strategic initiatives that will further cultivate the quality of the attendance. • Partner with the events team to ensure well-executed events with exceptional attendee experiences and high Net Promoter Score. • Deliver regular financial forecasts for the Expo and ancillary event(s) and products. • Project manage live event delivery, fostering cross functional collaboration amongst internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role managing a mid or large-scale tradeshow, and/or large conference with exhibition. • Experience managing key customer relationships and a client-service oriented mindset. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets. • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple deadlines and tasks effectively. • Must be able to travel up to six (6) times each year to attend events. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
