📋 Description

• Work on a Data project. • Lead the team in a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring the use of best practices and tools according to agile frameworks/methodologies (SCRUM and Kanban). • Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders. • Interface with stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous communication; this requires challenging assumptions, proposing ideas and solutions that translate into high-value deliverables, always attentive to delivery objectives and requirements, ensuring process efficiency. • Serve as the focal point for communication with stakeholders and the Product Owner (PO), ensuring alignment of decisions and team activities. • Monitor daily activities with the team and stakeholders. • Execute and oversee change management and its requirements. • Facilitate the team's progress and remove any impediments that hinder productivity and success. • Be the primary day-to-day support, working to make the team self-managing. • Measure and report productivity, quality, and delivery effectiveness metrics. • Support people management by understanding team members' skills and enabling their growth through the distribution of responsibilities. • Support and facilitate alignments that promote continuous improvement within the team. • Support the identification of risks and impediments and assist in their resolution (elimination) or escalation collaboratively with all involved parties. • Track team performance metrics and indicators and support improving the predictability and quality of deliveries (PDCA). • Assist in designing solutions for identified needs together with the team (technical and business).

• Use data and metrics to ensure the value of deliveries. • Knowledge of upstream and downstream processes. • Project management methodologies. • Experience managing IT projects. • Experience with discovery (product discovery). • Strong communication skills as you will work closely with clients. • Excellent interpersonal communication. • Autonomy in problem solving. • Experience with agile processes and organizing ideas. • Experience in requirements gathering and supporting user story writing. • Experience in change, risk, time, and stakeholder management. • Experience with the JIRA tool. • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. • Data knowledge is desirable, as the team works with Data Intelligence, Metrics, and Processes.
