Description

• Hire and train a US based go-to-market team • Provide accurate new business sales target forecasting weekly • Coach your team from pipeline generation to closing deals • Partner with enablement to develop and deliver sales training regularly • Act as a subject matter expert for all Sales tools, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Gong, etc. • Facilitate a strong, consistent feedback loop to sales leadership, product and marketing • Drive a collaborative and supportive culture of accountability

Requirements

• 5+ years SMB software sales, 2+ in leadership • Dynamic team member with proven Sales track record of achieving targets consistently • Strong commercial and financial judgment and the ability to prioritize as well as make tough decisions based on data • Energetic and purpose-driven individual who cares about maximizing company growth and working collaboratively with other functional leaders to achieve business goals • Strategic thinker who leads teams through a combination of personal leadership and process discipline • Highest ethical standards and a model of the value of teamwork and transparency • Results orientation • Strong multi-tasker with the ability to actively prioritize work based on business and operational needs • Relationship builder, someone who can open doors with the right clients, generate leads, land and expand, and ultimately close deals • High level of EQ, understanding of global cultural differences and how to navigate those
