📋 Description

• Conduct detailed reviews and projects in Circle’s KYC Team • Responsible for the end-to-end KYC review process, including collection, documentation, due diligence, analysis, and escalation of customers • Reviewing client relationships to ensure accurate customer due diligence • Updating internal records to enrich customer KYC files • Escalating and drafting risk acceptance memos for customers with red flags • Partnering with key internal stakeholders to monitor client relationships • Monitoring industry trends relative to money laundering or fraud schemes and reporting suspicious activity

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporates, with 2 years in crypto • A passion for harnessing the power of digital currency and blockchain technology • Deep understanding of blockchain technology • Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and internal teams • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable digging into data • Strong communication skills and presence • B.A./B.S. degree; quantitative or technical degree a plus • CAMS, CFCS or CFE certification is a plus • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
