📋 Description

• Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs • Support the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers in the state of Oregon • Focus on developing and implementing strategies to support market education on Program objectives • Create educational and training tools and communications • Lead planning for educational and industry training events • Facilitate cross-functional coordination with multiple parties, including the Program, the Client, and market actors such as contractors, distributors and manufacturers

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating and implementing educational strategies, plans, and tools • Experience planning and executing training events • Excellent communication skills • An adaptive and flexible mindset to change according to market needs • Bachelor's Degree preferred
