• Support the CEO of Clover Care Services division • Facilitate communication across all groups • Apply a data-driven approach to solving problems • Build cross-functional relationships with key partners • Align initiatives with core business objectives • Provide regular updates to the CEO on key projects • Create high-impact executive presentations • Manage highly confidential information

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is a plus • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects from start to finish • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities; familiar with financial statements and core business metrics • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate complex information effectively • High emotional intelligence and can motivate and influence others effectively • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, SQL, and other data analysis tools • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels • High ethical standards, meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
