📋 Description
• Fire & Security Service Engineer - Luton • Responsible for the servicing and maintenance of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. • Performing preventive maintenance and routine servicing of fire and security systems • Identifying and resolving system faults and malfunctions • Conducting system testing and issuing detailed service reports • Assisting with system upgrades and small modifications as required • Providing excellent customer service and technical support • Working independently and as part of a team when required
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant industry qualifications and certifications • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems • Sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations • Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills • Full, clean UK driving license • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationships • Willingness to travel and work on-call or overtime as required
