β’ Fire & Security Service Engineer - Luton β’ Responsible for the servicing and maintenance of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. β’ Performing preventive maintenance and routine servicing of fire and security systems β’ Identifying and resolving system faults and malfunctions β’ Conducting system testing and issuing detailed service reports β’ Assisting with system upgrades and small modifications as required β’ Providing excellent customer service and technical support β’ Working independently and as part of a team when required
β’ Relevant industry qualifications and certifications β’ Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems β’ Sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations β’ Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills β’ Full, clean UK driving license β’ Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationships β’ Willingness to travel and work on-call or overtime as required
