Requirements

• 8+ years of learning & development and program management experience • Demonstrated ability to build and program manage emerging talent, rotational, or intern programs • Experience with crypto/fintech; passion for crypto! • Strong project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities • Ability to think strategically and proactively • Data-driven mindset and analytical approach to improving programs and decision making • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills • Passion for identifying and developing top talent
