📋 Description

• Increase awareness of Atos Medical and the associated brands Provox and Tracoe • Identify and qualify potential top customers within the Home Care sales channel • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new key accounts • Identify and establish relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in ENT departments within the Home Care sector • Maintain regular exchange with KOLs about new developments and trends in the Home Care market • Leverage KOLs as multipliers for the company’s services • Conduct territory analysis and plan the sales territory in line with targets • Collect, analyze and interpret market, customer and competitor information • Participate in regional, national and international trade fairs and congresses

🎯 Requirements

• State-recognized qualification as a nurse or speech therapist preferred • Ideally combined with experience in medical device sales • Further training as a Medical Device Consultant • Ideally a degree in Business Administration or Healthcare • Good English skills • Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system • Experience selling consultative, highly specialized systems and clinical concepts at various levels within hospitals and to clinical staff • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation • Good analytical skills • Confident CRM and MS Office skills • Driving licence (Class B) • Willingness to travel (weekly, with overnight stays)
