β€’ About Comet: Comet helps organizations drive business value from AI by powering AI developers. β€’ About the Position: Seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to prospect and close new business across North America. β€’ Responsibilities: Drive new business opportunities from start to finish, implement a sales strategy, articulate Comet's value proposition, focus on prospecting into Enterprise companies, provide updates on active accounts, demonstrate technical knowledge, work with Technical Account Manager for customer success and expansion strategies, and willingness to travel for client visits.

Requirements

β€’ Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment β€’ 2+ experience in selling Enterprise focused technical solutions to technical buyers/users, preferably at a company selling to people directly involved in the ML/AI development process. β€’ Prior experience selling to data science teams β€’ 4+ years closing annual contracts of at least $100K/year, and handling yearly quotas of $1mm+ β€’ Strong technical background, ideally as a sales engineer or some technical educational program β€’ Ability to understand Comet and build great relationships with highly technical customers β€’ Prior experience at a fast-paced startup and able to work well in unstructured environments β€’ Proven negotiation and closing skills β€’ Nice to have: a technical background or formal data science training
