The outcome is a personalized Predictable Demand System™ that is tailored to each client’s resources, ambitions, and unique brand. • The purpose of our Predictable Demand System™ is to generate new opportunities, put them through a repeatable system for qualifying and closing deals, then gather the insights to inform strategic decisions as you continue to invest in your vision for growth. We have a track record of driving measurable results and best-in-class multi channel marketing solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demand gen leadership, sales or marketing operations experience in a B2B environment. • 5+ years of applicable experience for developing paid media and organic search strategy. • Experience with a variety of marketing automation, sales, and CRM tools; Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Outreach, Zoominfo, Mailchimp, or similar tools. • Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment. • Project or program management skills required to drive and coordinate initiatives, always keeping key stakeholders in the loop while managing scope. • Ability to adapt in a highly-dynamic environment - prioritizing projects, defining milestones or KPIs. Driving results with ownership while keeping key stakeholders accountable. • Strong Business Acumen- able to make clear business cases for proposed solutions. • Experience with driving results with multichannel marketing strategy. (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Owned). • Experience executing on ABM go to market strategy is a plus. • Experience in the technology/software industry or agency experience is a plus. • An excellent communicator – you enjoy working with internal partners to solve problems with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Accountability – Strong ownership, follow-up and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously and experience in collaborating cross-functionally. • Innovative & Action-oriented – Ability to identify areas of improvement, then propose and execute necessary changes/optimizations. • Positive attitude & perseverance – always looking for a solution or a better way. • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and data-driven decision making skills. • Alignment with our core values: Always on offense - Proactive, actionably curious.
