📋 Description

• The Bilingual Collaborative Care Clinician I is an associate-level licensed behavioral health clinician reporting to the Clinical Excellence Manager. • This role provides evidence-based interventions via the Collaborative Care Model to individuals (pediatric and/or adult populations) experiencing mild to moderate symptoms and utilizes evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote symptom reduction and optimal patient outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field. • Licensed to practice in their state as an associate clinician under supervision of a licensed clinician (ACSW, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent) or independent clinician (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent). • Ability to complete cross-licensing in the states of Missouri, Oklahoma, and/or Arkansas if Concert Health covers the cost. • Fluent in speaking and writing in both English and Spanish, including medical terminology. • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches (Problem-Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation). • Technical proficiency in a variety of platforms including EHRs, ability to quickly learn new technology. • Knowledge of/experience with behavioral health screening tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc).
