📋 Description

• Responsible for leading end-to-end software delivery, managing multiple development teams, and ensuring successful execution of large-scale IT programs. • Combines technical leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning to drive business outcomes. • Provide technical direction across the application development lifecycle (SDLC). • Guide architecture, design, and development of scalable and secure solutions. • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and compliance. • Oversee system integration, infrastructure alignment, and deployment strategies. • Review technical estimates, solution approaches, and delivery methodologies. • Act as the primary point of contact for delivery and program-related communications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams. • Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in delivery processes. • Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in leadership roles. • Hands-on experience with Java technologies. • Proven experience managing large-scale software development and delivery programs. • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams. • Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects from initiation to deployment. • Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. • Define project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery strategies. • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues with proactive mitigation strategies. • Oversee change management and ensure smooth implementation of enhancements. • Manage and mentor multiple teams (10–20+ members), including developers, QA, and analysts. • Provide leadership to first-level managers, supervisors, and individual contributors. • Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development. • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture. • Build team capability and ensure skill development aligned with business needs.
