• The position is responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of People Ops systems, as well as being the point person on our reporting and analytics. You will work closely with our Business Partners, Operations, and Finance teams, along with other internal stakeholders. If you’re highly motivated by providing insight and value, a data guru who can make metrics matter and take our game to the next level this may be the job for you.


• 2-4 or more years of People Ops/HRIS/Analyst or equivalent experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field • Experience using the Workday product suite, Greenhouse, Cornerstone or ServiceNow preferred. • Strong background in using HR data and HRIS products desired and experience producing analytics containing sensitive information and high levels of accuracy • Expert level in Excel • Experience with Business Intelligence tools, i.e. Tableau, Domo, etc. • Excellent communications skills, verbal, written, and active listening to effectively communicate HR information to HR and non-HR individuals • True sense of pride, ownership and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile


• The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
