📋 Description
• This role runs on a fixed 9am to 5pm IST schedule and is fully remote from anywhere in India. • Your workday stays structured, your evenings stay your own, and you get the flexibility to build your career without giving up your routine outside of work. • You will begin by working within an existing design system and set of templates across educational material. • Your job is to absorb the standards, apply them consistently, and build the habit of getting the details right every time. • You make the material visually clear, engaging, and polished for students. • You will start with a walkthrough of our design conventions, workflows, and internal systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools • A strong eye for layout, spacing, alignment, and visual consistency • Comfort working within existing templates and brand guidelines • Good file management habits and comfort with general computer navigation • Fresh graduates are welcome. No prior work experience required • A Windows laptop or desktop capable of handling design software smoothly
