• Responsible for the Convatec area sales with products of Ostomy care and Flexi Seal Portfolio • Developing sales through commercial activities and relationship building with customers • Monitoring tenders and increasing Convatec market share in the assigned territory • Advising customers on technical questions related to wound management and care • Managing regional potential clinical and non-clinical customers as key accounts • Planning visits of existing customer base and identifying new customers • Observing market situation and key performance indicators • Conducting customer training and organizing products medical meetings • Developing and maintaining action plans for territory performance
• Excellent communication skills • Previous experience in selling pharmaceutical or medical device products • Proven track record of success in previous professional activities • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit • Highly motivated and committed personality • Ability to establish long-term, successful customer relationships • Familiarity with modern sales techniques • Great analytical skills and proficient in MS-Office • Valid driver’s license • University bachelor degree, preferably in Scientific fields.
• Frequent travels in the assigned territory and to attend National company initiatives and events.
