Description

• ConvertKit is a powerful marketing platform built for creators, by creators. • We’re on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. • The ConvertKit culture is one where emotional intelligence is valued, radical candor is encouraged. • As an Ecosystem Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing our App Store.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Partner Manager or related role for a technical product • Proven track record in developing integration partnerships, especially in the creator space • Experience managing App Stores or marketplaces • Ability to balance strategic opportunities with operational processes, bringing clarity to ambiguous areas and implementing effective procedures. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communicator, capable of adapting messages for different audiences with attention to detail. • Technical Mindset: While not a coding role, a technical understanding to explain systems at a technical level is important. • Data Driven: Capable of making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, fostering strong relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.
