📋 Description

• The CBU Sales Training Manager will enhance the competencies of individuals and teams by designing and conducting training programs that will boost performance to align with company’s core values. • This role is responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions as it relates to Paragard or any other products added to the CBU portfolio in the future. • Continuously evaluates ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect updates that align with our sales and marketing strategies. • This role will be assigned other important point responsibilities such as compliance training, the Selling/Coaching Model, specific product training initiatives, etc. Provides direction on issues of area of expertise and assist sales leadership, marketing and medical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree • Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device/pharmaceutical sales representative industry required. • Medical device sales experience including experience selling or training complex biologic products and/or devices • Experience as a field/regional trainer a plus • Previous experience in a sales training team a plus including eLearning development, applied learning and technology, designing, developing and implementing technology training and eLearning programs • Proven understanding of selling skills and disease state knowledge • Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles preferred • Ability to learn new disease states and product knowledge quickly • The ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50%; some nights, weekends and overnight travel may be required • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point • Excellent writing skills required • Strong platform/presentation/facilitation skills • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
