📋 Description
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting teams • Translate financial reporting needs into scalable Power BI solutions • Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams • Train and enable Finance and Accounting users to independently manage reports in Power BI • Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, Data Engineers, and Project Managers • Ensure reporting solutions are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with business requirements • Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support for Power BI reporting solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, with strong experience in Finance and/or Accounting environments • Proven track record delivering Power BI reporting projects for Finance/Accounting • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather and structure requirements from non-technical stakeholders • Solid understanding of financial and accounting terminology and reporting processes • Experience coaching business users on Power BI • Ability to independently design and implement technical Power BI solutions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Patient, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to occasionally travel to Geneva • Fluent English required; German and/or French are a plus
