📋 Description

• Support the planning, development, implementation and coordination of meetings • Coordinate planning of meetings and special events • Support monitoring and controlling event budgets • Work with corporate designated travel provider • Project manage events using agreed on templates, tools, and processes • Collaborate with business partners, marketing partners • Handle complete fulfillment of smaller events • Manage meeting requests via centralized request form • Review and reconcile bills • Provide on-site support for most in-person events • Source vendors for support as needed • Provide hosting support for virtual events • Use the Swoogo registration system for event management • Coordinate closely with selected third-parties • Distribute post-event evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to provide excellent customer service • Effective time management skills • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to work in a self-directed fashion • Experience with PCs in a Windows environment • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience • Possesses good judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Strong project management skills • Extensive PC knowledge - Word, Excel, and MS Outlook • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate event dates • Prior meeting and / or event planning experience
