• Handle 20+ inbound and outbound calls per hour with professionalism and empathy • Guide clients through our business credit-building program • Use platforms like HubSpot and GHL to manage communication and tasks • Support clients via email and follow-up as needed • Collaborate with our remote team to ensure outstanding service delivery

• Fluent English (spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent • Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) • Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and confident on the phone • Customer-first mindset — you genuinely care about helping others • Tech-savvy — comfortable using multiple tools and systems • Detail-oriented & organized — can multitask and prioritize under pressure • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace • Must be able to work full-time on US Eastern Time hours • Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus
