• Deliver exceptional customer support in German • Communicate in English (B1 level) for internal communication and tools • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Provide product/service guidance and troubleshoot issues • Document customer interactions accurately • Follow internal processes and work towards performance targets • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Native/Fluent German • B1 English proficiency • Customer-focused mindset & good communication skills • Tech-savvy with ability to learn systems quickly • Comfortable with rotational shifts and remote environment • Must reside in Turkey and have proper work eligibility
