• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. • Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and general support. • Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate teams for further assistance. • Accurately document customer interactions and track progress in the CRM system. • Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and performance metrics. • Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent in Norwegian; proficiency in English (B2 or higher). • Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. • Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. • No prior experience required – full training and support will be provided. • Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly. • A collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow in the company.
