📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle: from prototype to production deployment • Lead development of AI agents using modern frameworks (vLLM, SGLang) • Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and fine-tuning • Design scalable solutions that balance cost, performance, and security • Collaborate with teams to transform enterprise workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and deploying LLM-based agents • Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals • Exposure to fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) • Strong Python chops • Familiarity with deployment frameworks (vLLM, SGLang, FastAPI • Experience with modern LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • You've built and shipped AI agents beyond tutorial projects • Comfort with rapid prototyping and iteration • Understanding the importance of AI safety and responsible development • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Eagerness to learn and adapt as AI technology evolves • Portfolio of agent projects you can walk us through
