Description

• Coordinate, track, and guide the World Team's activities, utilizing both internal and external resources. • Organize project timelines, budgets, and resources within your specialization. • Uphold creative direction and quality standards. • Tackle complex project management issues. • Support less experienced staff within the domain. • Create and refine an effective project management process. • Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates for positions in product development as needed. • Work within the budget set for the project from Leads/Senior Management.

Requirements

• Experience as a Producer working with internal development teams. • Background working in a specific game development discipline. • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively between all disciplines. • Understanding of various Production methodologies and knowledge of project management tools. Preference given to candidates who have: • Worked closely with artists and designers on similar genres. • Experience partnering with external developers/resources. Bonus if you also have: • Shipped a AAA title as a Producer.
