• **What you'll do:** • - Meet with prospective customers to understand their security posture, business challenges, and requirements. • - Present and demonstrate CT’s cyber security solutions, articulating both technical capability and business value. • - Build conviction that CT’s solutions meet customer requirements and act as a trusted technical advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • - Partner with the sales team to discover, qualify, and develop opportunities, supporting discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and solution validation activities. • - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the cyber security portfolio and maintain a shared view of the pipeline to maximise win rates. • - Lead the technical response to RFP, RFQ, and tender opportunities, producing structured, compliant, and persuasive submissions. • - Map solutions to customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and relevant frameworks (e.g. Essential 8, ISO 27001, NIST). • - Collaborate with bid teams, sales, and subject-matter experts to deliver cohesive, winning responses. • - Translate customer requirements into tailored cyber security solutions that are technically sound, deliverable, and supportable. • - Work with delivery and engineering teams to validate proposed solutions and support the transition from presales to delivery. • - Stay up to date with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and vendor solutions. • - Identify and implement process improvements and collaborate across departments to deliver the highest quality solutions.
• **What you'll bring:** • - Strong understanding of cyber security products and solutions, including endpoint/EDR/XDR, SIEM, firewalls, IAM, email and web security, vulnerability management, cloud security, SASE/Zero Trust, and MDR/SOC. • - Ability to translate customer requirements into tailored, deliverable security solutions. • - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as Essential 8, ISO 27001, and NIST. • - Relevant industry or vendor certifications highly regarded (e.g. CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Fortinet). • - Passion for winning deals, with a proven ability to translate technical capability into business value and influence buying decisions. • - Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of managed services and project delivery models. • - Demonstrated experience in presales, solution consulting, security consulting, or technical sales. • - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex information to technical, operational, executive, and non-technical audiences. • - Strong written skills for proposals, tenders, and technical documentation. • - Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines. • - Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with strong interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative approach.
