• Manage negotiation and administration of complex international contracts. • Collaborate with business managers and sales teams. • Support high-visibility programs and drive customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Identify, assess, and implement mitigation strategies for contractual risks. • Maintain records and deliver professional communications with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the aerospace and defense industry, with expertise in contracts involving major primes. • Strong background in negotiating complex terms and conditions across various commercial and non-commercial contract types. • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage complex contract assignments. • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Working knowledge of commercial contracting practices and familiarity with multiple contract formats. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new software tools.
