Description

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting, annual financial planning, and long-range planning • Build and maintain custom reports/dashboards by department, identify budget variances, and suggest appropriate actions as needed • Help prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings and reporting for company leadership • Partner with Accounting team to support month-end close • Streamline manual financial reporting processes, and create new dashboards that provide greater insights on business trends • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision making across the organization • Identify and execute on opportunities for reporting enhancements and process improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience • Experience building and maintaining complex financial models, and producing management-level reporting • Strong working knowledge of financial planning tools (Adaptive, Mosaic, Anaplan, etc.), and experience with data analytics and visualization platforms (Sigma, Looker, etc.) • Advanced skills with Google and Microsoft Suite (Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.)
