📋 Description

• Act as the clients main point of contact and oversee all their day-to-day PBM operations • Serve as the liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams • Ensure timely/successful delivery of client requests • Manage the resolution status of routine to complex requests related to clients' business requirements • Engage internal departments and client resources to work on outstanding issues • Drive resolution within a timely manner and ensure that all Client Performance Guarantees are met

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance • Prior Healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts (preferred) • Experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans (preferred)
